Refund and Return Policy
At Northman London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this policy outlines your rights and the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Free from any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at help@northmanlondon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@northmanlondon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
Under UK and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation notice.
