Shipping Policy
At Northman London, we ship worldwide to bring our products to customers around the globe. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, costs, and restrictions.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs clearance and import procedures
- Local postal service delays
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays in transit or destination countries
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
- Brazil
- Italy
- France
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these countries will be cancelled and fully refunded. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@northmanlondon.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the products immediately and contact us at help@northmanlondon.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Return Policy.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
